Established in 1991, Community Integrated Services has a ten year track record of successful community outcomes. Currently, we serve 120 people in Pennsylvania and Delaware. The people we serve have been diagnosed with disabilities such as mental retardation, autism, and physical impairments. These diagnoses, and other factors like the lack of social supports, financial concerns, and limited transportation options, represent obstacles to our consumer's participation in the community.

Our job is to work with each person to figure out how to overcome these obstacles so they can achieve the goals they have set for themselves.

At CIS, we proactively and conscientiously engage consumers in planning and implementing their own services - a level of involvement that is critical to their success. We engage the families of those we serve and the community resources on which they depend, to join in each individual's Progressive Plan of Community Support.
