- Profiling available job openings including an analysis of specific job functions, work environment, hours and location
- Referral of job candidates – whose job skills and interests most closely align with job openings – to employers for a hiring decision
- Transition assistance helping new employees adjust to their new job
- Criminal background pre-screening
Training services
- Short-term job training to teach new employees job tasks and ensure they perform job functions up to expected standards.
Retention Services
- Long-term employee assistance is available for many job candidates
- CIS monitors the employee to ensure both you and the employee are satisfied with the job and their work performance
